AIM’s 2026 Leadership in Action Conference
| AIM’s annual conference is a “can’t miss” opportunity for leaders from immunization programs and partner organizations to connect in-person with peers, hone leadership skills, and celebrate accomplishments from the past year. Registration for the 2026 conference is now open. Rates and dates are as follows: Conference Registration Rates · $900 – Early Bird (through October 30) · $950 – Regular (October 31-November 27) · $1,000 – Late Registration (after November 27) Nonprofit Partner Exhibitor · $1,200 (includes one conference registration) Hotel Information AIM has secured a room block at the Hilton Tampa Downtown for a discounted group rate of $199 per night plus taxes and fees. Please book directly with this AIM link. We recommend securing your hotel room as early as possible. Agenda The 2026 conference agenda includes opportunities for leadership development training, collaborative meeting opportunities with colleagues, networking opportunities with partners in the immunization space, and more!
