Mission

The California Immunization Coalition is a public private partnership dedicated to achieving and maintaining full immunization protection for all Californians to promote health and prevent serious illness.

Goals

* Improve immunization rates for Californians of all ages and achieve Healthy People goals related to immunization rates across the lifespan
* Offer leadership in policy development and advocacy
* Support local immunization coalitions
* Provide educational activities and opportunities for health care professionals, community stakeholders and the public
* Promote use of immunization registries
* Reduce health disparities and improve access to vaccines by addressing barriers that prevent or limit access to immunizations
