Description

CT Citizens for Science is a 501c3 that advocates for policies based on the scientific consensus, and corrects misinformation and erroneous campaigns launched to deceive the public. We educate, communicate, and encourage individuals, groups and businesses to stay abreast of peer reviewed scientific findings.

Mission

We are a coalition of professionals, parents and residents who advocate for science as it pertains to policy and otherwise. We educate, communicate and encourage individuals to adhere to peer reviewed, scientific findings. We correct misinformation and campaigns that are launched to deceive the public.

Goals

To mobilize the pro science public, stop the spread of anti science rhetoric and misinformation, educate the public and business communities regarding positive pro-science legislation, and educate new parents, students and government leaders regarding immunizations and other healthy practices.
