Immunization Coalition of Washington, DC

Description

The Immunization Coalition of Washington, DC (ICDC) represents the combined forces of the former childhood and adult immunization coalitions of the District of Columbia. The ICDC works to promote immunization for people of all ages throughout the District of Columbia, with a particular focus on recognizing the important immunization educational efforts of healthcare professionals.

Mission

Our mission is to improve the health of families in the District of Columbia by promoting

linkages to immunization services across the lifespan by linking healthcare providers, patients,

payers, and community organizations with education, resources, and technical support and

through partnerships with regional groups.

Goals

ICDC works to promote immunization and educate immunization providers in Washington, DC.

We work in partnership with the Washington, DC Department of Health, and other

organizations to sponsor a variety of local events.
