Promoting Awareness, Education, and Opportunities to Protect Northern Kentucky from Vaccine-Preventable Diseases

Goals

• Improve immunization rates for Northern Kentucky residents of all ages
• Achieve Healthy People goals related to immunization rates across the lifespan
• Provide educational activities and opportunities for health care professionals and the community
• Promote use of Kentucky Immunization Registry (KYIR)
