Racine County Immunization Coalition

Description

We bring together clinicians from major healthcare systems, nurses from the area school districts, and clinicians from our local health departments to address various issues regarding immunizations and fighting infection in our community.

Mission

Maximize immunization coverage throughout Racine County.

Goals

1) Improve immunization rates for all of Racine County.
2) Identify and remove barriers to first goal.
3) Share immunization information so that we can enhance the knowledge of our fellow clinicians, our clients, and the general public.
4) Address issues that impact successful use of the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
5) Coordinate immunization-related efforts around Racine County.
