Sheboygan County Immunization Coalition

Mission

Our missison is to establish a network of health care partners who share the common interest of identifying ways to remove barriers to receiving vaccines and to increase the immunization levels of children and adults in Sheboygan County.

Goals

1. Improve and maintain the Sheboygan County Immunization Coalition to assist with increasing immunization rates of children and adults.
2. Advocate for and assist providers to expand on/maximize utilization of the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR), WIR Reports, and Inventory Control.
3. Identify and remove barriers to immunization.
4. Provide education to consumers and health care providers on identified topics.
5. Maintain an immunization standard of care using federal and state guidelines.
