VaxWell NH

Description

New Hampshire Public Health Association’s VaxWell NH project is a statewide coalition working to reduce vaccine-preventable disease by increasing immunization rates. There are many organizations working to expand understanding of the value and safety of immunization, and to provide equitable access to immunizations for New Hampshire’s diverse array of communities, from its urban centers to the rural North Country. VaxWell NH aligns and connects the various stakeholders in this critical work, developing and amplifying a consistent voice to more effectively reduce vaccine-preventable disease.

Goals

Convene: connect individuals and organizations to share best practices and maximize resources; Educate: provide clear and accurate information to build awareness and acceptance of the value of immunization across the lifespan; Advocate: build an intentionally independent and unbiased voice to advocate for equitable access to immunization.
